Scalper Gold Referral Program Policy
1. Introduction
At Scalper Gold, we believe in rewarding our loyal customers for spreading the word about our services. Our Referral Program is designed to benefit both you and the new clients you refer. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our Referral Program.
2. Eligibility
- To participate in the Scalper Gold Referral Program, you must be an existing customer.
- Referred clients must be new to Scalper Gold, meaning they have not previously registered, purchased, or used any of our services.
- You must use your unique referral link or code provided by Scalper Gold to refer clients.
3. How the Referral Program Works
- When a referred client submits their account and completes the process, you will earn 5% of the total amount deposited by the referred client.
- This amount will be credited to your account, and you can withdraw it after a minimum of 15 days.
- If the referred client withdraws their funds within 90 days of their deposit, your account balance will be adjusted negatively by the amount previously credited to you. The referred client’s deposit must remain with Scalper Gold for at least 90 days to avoid this adjustment.
4. Profit Sharing
- In addition to the 5% referral reward, you will also receive a share of the profits from the management accounts of the clients you refer.
- Scalper Gold will share 50% of its profit from the client’s management account with you.
- This profit share will be added to your account every Saturday, and you can withdraw these funds at any time.
5. Rewards
- Referral Reward: 5% of the total amount deposited by the referred client, withdrawable after 15 days.
- Profit Sharing Reward: 50% of Scalper Gold’s profit from the referred client’s management account, credited weekly on Saturdays.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash outside of the specified terms.
6. Limitations
- Self-referrals or attempts to create multiple accounts to benefit from the Referral Program are strictly prohibited.
- Any fraudulent or unethical activity to exploit the Referral Program will result in disqualification, and any rewards earned will be voided.
- The Referral Program cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by Scalper Gold.
7. Tracking and Redemption
- Referrals will be tracked through unique referral links or codes.
- Rewards will be credited to your account automatically once the referred client meets the qualifying criteria.
- You will receive notifications once your rewards are applied to your account.
8. Termination and Modifications
- Scalper Gold reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of program termination, any pending rewards will be forfeited.
- Any changes to the Referral Program will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
9. General Terms
- By participating in the Scalper Gold Referral Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Scalper Gold reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms.
- This policy is governed by the laws.
